3.Full-Process Machining Monitoring: Operators monitor machining status and equipment operation in real-time to ensure stability and reliability throughout the custom CNC machining process.
4.Comprehensive Strict Quality Inspection: Quality is our core commitment in custom CNC machining. After production, advanced testing equipment—including Serein coordinate measuring machines (CMM), Mitutoyo instruments, 2D height measurement systems, go/no-go gauges, hardness testers, digital micrometers, 2.5D projectors, and X-ray spectrometers—is used to conduct 100% full inspection and analysis of key technical parameters for custom parts, such as dimensions, tolerances, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and surface roughness. This minimizes assembly errors and effectively reduces rework costs.
5.Professional Post-Processing and On-Time Delivery: We provide professional deburring, cleaning, and various custom-specified surface treatments (such as electroplating, anodizing, sandblasting, painting, etc.) for custom CNC machined parts.
